We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below is our updated return policy to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all customers.
We accept returns within 30 days of the item being delivered. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition as received—unopened, unused, with all original packaging and tags.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To begin a return, please contact us at Sales@evolvecardsandcollectibles.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
All single card sales made in-store are final once removed from the premises.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on individual cards that have left the store, regardless of condition.
If a return is requested before leaving the store and the card remains in its original condition, it may be considered at management's discretion.
Returns on single cards purchased online are only accepted in cases of order errors or damage during shipment (e.g., wrong card received, card arrived damaged).
In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
All returned singles must be in the exact condition they were shipped—unopened and untampered.
We do not accept returns for singles due to buyer’s remorse, price changes, or subjective condition disagreements if the item was accurately described.
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at Sales@evolvecardsandcollectibles.com within 48 hours so we can make it right.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Sale items or discounted products
Gift cards
Custom or special order items
Opened or used trading card game products (e.g., booster packs, boxes, sealed product)
Personal care goods or hazardous materials (if applicable)
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, return the original (if eligible), and place a new order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If your order was shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be in original, unused condition with packaging and proof of purchase.
