In this Premium Collection, you will find this glorious Grass-type Pokémon VSTAR in both playable and oversize versions, as well as a copy of Shaymin V so you can really show off this Mythical Pokémon.

Start a comeback with Shaymin V's Revenge Blast attack, which does 60 damage and an additional 40 damage for each Prize card your opponent has taken. Finish off the match and complete your comeback with Shaymin VSTAR and its improved Revenge Blast attack, which does 120 damage and an additional 40 damage for each Prize card your opponent has taken. If any of your Pokémon are in danger of being Knocked Out, take advantage of Shaymin VSTAR's VSTAR Power, Star Bloom, an Ability that heals 120 damage from each of your Benched Grass-type Pokémon. You can never count yourself out of a battle when Shaymin V and Shaymin VSTAR are on your side.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below is our updated return policy to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all customers.


General Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the item being delivered. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received—unopened, unused, with all original packaging and tags.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

To begin a return, please contact us at Sales@evolvecardsandcollectibles.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Single Cards – Return Policy

In-Store Purchases

  • All single card sales made in-store are final once removed from the premises.
    We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on individual cards that have left the store, regardless of condition.

  • If a return is requested before leaving the store and the card remains in its original condition, it may be considered at management's discretion.

Shipped Orders (Online or Remote Sales)

  • Returns on single cards purchased online are only accepted in cases of order errors or damage during shipment (e.g., wrong card received, card arrived damaged).

  • In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

  • All returned singles must be in the exact condition they were shipped—unopened and untampered.

  • We do not accept returns for singles due to buyer’s remorse, price changes, or subjective condition disagreements if the item was accurately described.


Damages & Issues

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at Sales@evolvecardsandcollectibles.com within 48 hours so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items or discounted products

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special order items

  • Opened or used trading card game products (e.g., booster packs, boxes, sealed product)

  • Personal care goods or hazardous materials (if applicable)


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, return the original (if eligible), and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order was shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be in original, unused condition with packaging and proof of purchase.
